How to Order from Zenfab fashion
Zenfab Fashion offers a wide range of fashionable clothing and accessories. We also provide special offers and attractive discounts on selected items. You can order your favorite products and have them delivered straight to your door. Here’s how:
- New Customers: If you’re a new customer, sign up/register on our website zenfabbd.com to place your order. Alternatively, you can confirm your order by messaging us on Facebook Messenger with the product image.
- Select a Product: Click on the product image, read the details carefully, and then click the Order Now button.
- Multiple Orders: To purchase multiple items, use the Add to Cart button to select all your desired products at once.
- Account Login: If you already have an account, log in with your username and password. If you’re a new customer, sign up to create an account.
- Accurate Information: Provide correct delivery and payment details to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery process.
- Proceed to Checkout: Click the Next Step button to proceed to checkout.
- Order Review: Double-check your order summary before confirming.
- Order Confirmation: Click Confirm if all details are correct.
- Follow-up: A representative will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order.
- Wishlist: Use the wishlist feature to save products for later.
Delivery Charges
- Within Dhaka: Tk 70.
- Outside Dhaka: Tk 130.
For deliveries outside Dhaka, the delivery charge must be paid in advance. Once the product is dispatched, we will provide you with the courier slip number via your inbox.
Delivery Process
We partner with third-party delivery services to ensure timely deliveries. Please allow 2-3 days for deliveries within Dhaka. For other regions, delivery times may vary:
- Dhaka City: 2-3 days
- Gazipur, Narayanganj, Savar: 2-3 days
- Chattogram, Sylhet, Rajshahi: 3-5 days
- Other Districts: 4-6 days
Please keep your mobile on during delivery so the courier can contact you. If you fail to answer, the delivery may be delayed.
What to Do Upon Delivery
As we work with third-party delivery services, please inspect the product at the time of delivery. If there are any issues such as a defective product or incorrect item, inform us immediately by giving us a message on Facebook (10 AM – 6 PM) while the delivery person is still present. It becomes more difficult to arrange returns or exchanges after the delivery person has left.
When submitting a complaint, please provide the following information:
Product Inspection After Delivery
If you find any defects after opening the package, we will replace the item free of charge. Simply contact us, and we’ll arrange for a replacement.
Product Images and Videos
We provide real images and videos of our products on our Facebook page. If you need additional images or videos of any item, our support team will be happy to assist.
Return Policy
If you notice any defects after unpacking, we will replace the product for free. However, if you wish to return the item for reasons other than defects (such as personal preference), the delivery charge will need to be covered by the customer.
